Rick Armstrong
Founder & COO
Rick is an established Aviation-Aerospace professional and effectual leader with proven leadership ability to exceed sales goals:
With over 10+ years of inside/outside sales and more than 25 + years in the aviation industry, Rick has developed a recognized client centric reputation and network alliances of up and downstream aircraft services and organizations.
Rick’s previous and existing skill set includes FAA Repair Stations, Quality Management, Advanced Composite Repair, Inventory Management and Aviation Component Sales.
With a career and person passion for developing personal relationships with clients and industry professionals, Rick began his career in 1986 as a technician and has since held leadership roles at recognized Aviation and Aerospace organizations.
Pam Poole
Vice President, Human Resources & Administration
Raised in the aviation world since her youth, Pam’s career life encompasses a common thread of aircraft experience, beginning with her mother’s path in the industry in the early 60’s, starting with Executive Aircraft Service at Red Bird Airport and KC Aviation (now Gulfstream).
Pam studied Organizational Behavior/Personnel at North Texas State. In 1990, Pam and her husband began Oasis Delivery, a successful hot shot delivery business servicing the aviation industry.
In 2018, Rick Armstrong invited Pam to join Aeroparts Group, serving in a multi-responsibility role by supporting accounting, delivery services, Human Resources, company Controller, and staff counsel/encouragement/development.
Today, Pam is an intrinsic component of APG with her continued multi-responsible support and service to the company and clients.
With a life built on devotion to Jesus Christ and the Christian Faith, Pam’s personal world is centered and focused on her husband, children and grandchildren, who know her affectionately as “Tootsie”.
All who have the pleasure to know and work with Pam recognize her foundation of honesty and integrity as a direct effect on APG’s core values.
Dale Gabel
CEO
Dale Gabel was the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Velocity Aerospace Group, Inc. a company providing expert commercial aircraft component repair and overhaul services, as well as distribution services.
Dale’s role in Velocity Aerospace Group, Inc. was backed by years of executive experience in multiple business environments, including aerospace, computers, manufacturing and services, internet services, telecommunications, and executive staffing.
In his present and previous roles, he gained in-depth knowledge and experience in all critical aspects of directing growth and profit-making activities of small and medium-sized companies. In building Velocity Aerospace Group, Inc. through the consolidation of several other aircraft maintenance and repair organizations, Dale relied on his experience and skills in organizing equity financing, negotiation of the terms and conditions of multiple business acquisitions, strategic planning, and organizational development to bring together a new organization and a top-notch leadership team.
Prior to his role in consolidating and organizing Velocity, Dale acquired AirReady MRO Services for an investor group and functioned as an interim CEO for a transition period. From 2008 until 2010, Dale led Applied Aerodynamics (an FAA-approved aviation structure repair and overhaul facility) as the general manager. Dale currently serves on the Governmental Affairs committee at ARSA.
